The IRPH is a reference interest rate index used in Spain for 1.3 million variable-rate mortgages. It has been marketed since the year 2000.
According to the European Court of Justice ruling on March 3, 2020, the IRPH can be annulled for not meeting the requirements to state that the mortgage clause establishing it is transparent. If you were not given this information when you took out your mortgage, then the clause requiring payment according to the IRPH index could be annulled.
If you wish to claim the IRPH, consult us for free and without obligation. We will handle your claim and its judicial annulment without requesting an advance payment. If your bank does not comply, a legal claim is initiated to recover all the money that belongs to you.
